(Yogasana to Sound)

26th of April

2.30-4.30pm
MoreYoga Tulse Hill

After the success of the New Year Day Yogasana to Sound Bath event in Greenwich Creekside, I’m bringing something similar to another of my favourite places to teach, Tulse Hill.

Come and join me for a 2-hour practice of Yogasana & Sound Bath on 26th April at MoreYoga Tulse Hill 2.30-4.30pm.

the practice

I did a sound bath training with the amazing Anne Malone last year. I’ve been listening to & playing around with sound & music all my life.

This 1-hour practice of Yogasana will be rounded off with a sound bath using the instruments I’ve been practicing with.

  • Traditional: Tibetan bowls, wing gong, frame drum, other percussion.

  • Contemporary: Ableton Live & Push, wavetable, FM & granular synthesis.

(I bought a new toy which is sure to fill your body, mind & soul with healing frequencies).

what to bring

Bring along something to cover your eyes, an eye pillow or mask, or even a scarf, so that you can be fully immersed in the sound bath.

This extended class is for all levels (not total beginners). As ever, there is no need to do anything apart from breathe. Come as you are, modify the practice to own your level on the day.

I will restrict the numbers attending in order to make this experience more intimate and not too crowded. I would suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.

I am running this class with a sliding scale payment scheme.

  • £20 is for those on lower incomes.

  • £25 is the regular price of the class.

  • £30 will help someone else on a lower income attend.

If you cannot afford this because of a very low income, please contact me as I will make 1 spot available for you.
