Payment

An initial deposit is payable to secure your spot on the retreat. This is non-refundable.

The full balance of payment is due 60 days before the start of the retreat.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees.

There is no 14-day cooling-off period when booking the retreat. I am not obligated by law to provide one because this would fall under accommodation and/or catering & leisure services.

If you cancel 90 days or more before the start of the retreat, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat, minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 60 – 90 days before the start of the retreat, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid, excluding the deposit which is non-refundable

Cancellations less than 60 days before the Start Date of your Escape are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

Due to the need to commit to accommodation, catering & other arrangements in advance, exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason.
