Rewild Reconnect Restore

Off-Grid Glamping Yoga Retreat

WAITLIST ONLY

Campwell Woods, Cherry Wood (near Bath)

15th - 18th August 2025

Modern life in a big city can be stressful. Studies have shown that people are significantly happier when outdoors in an all green or natural habitat than they are in an urban environment.

We don’t experience natural environments enough to realise how restored we can feel from being in them. We can be healthier, more creative, more empathetic & more inclined to engage with the world & eachother. Nature is good for us.

  • Wood-fired sauna for up to 10 people.

  • Unique off-grid and eco-friendly facility treehouse with compost loos, warm showers and kitchens.

  • Mental restoration

  • Positive emotions

  • Tranquility and peace

Is your phone making you unhappy?

This generation has moved closer to technology & further away from our natural environment than any previous one. Society is plagued by chronic illness, addiction, mental health issues such as depression & anxiety. In the age of social media, we are more lonely than we have ever been.

Yoga & meditation can be a great tool to help alleviate the symptoms of the problems, but getting away from your screen can be another way to help.

Phone use will be discouraged on this retreat for this reason.

What can you expect?

  • Yoga twice per full day in the shala, once per day on arrival/departure days.

  • All vegetarian/vegan meals included. Because of the nature of the site, I have hired a specialist chef to feed us.

  • Use of the wood-fired sauna.

  • Walking in nature/forest bathing.

  • A foraging excursion.

  • A chance to reconnect with yourself/Self and others.

  • Access to a local lake for cold water swimming.

“We need the tonic of wildness...At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature.”

Henry David Thoreau, Walden: Life in the Woods
